Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the most popular treks in Annapurna Region that bring you close to the Annapurna Range where you are surrounded by snow at the base of many giant Himalayas peaks including Annapurna I (8,091 m), Annapurna South (7,219 m), Machapuchhre (6,993 m) and Hiunchuli (6,441 m). The trail combine many difference landscapes which passes along terraced rice paddies into lush forests and out in stunning high altitude mountain in short period of time.
The length of this journey takes from 7 to 12 days depending on the choosen route and the speed of the people in your parties. Top1Trekking basic Annapurna Base Camp Itinerary takes 7 days start from Nayapul heading towards New Bridge, a small village situated above the river. From there the trail involves many stone steps to Chomrong where there are charming stone houses dotting the endless paddy. After Chomrong the trail ascents to Sinuwa then straight into the forest almost entirely made of bamboo trees. Day later bring you out on the rocky steep trail to Deurali with impressive Machhapuchare peak following you everywhere while walking. After Deurali the forest gone leave you breathtalking high altitude river valley with the view of Annapurna Range getting better and better and finally you find yourself standing at Annapurna Base Camp, the very foothills of the world’s deadliest mountain massif. From base camp the vertical south face of Annapurna is located in the north and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) to the south. When morning sunlight slowly drop down on the mountain ranges the magic begin changing the color of the sky from black to lighter blue which is one the most memorial experience in your life.
The Trek to Annapurna Base Camp is possible to do in all seasons however there is a risk of avalanches near Machhapuchare Base Camp so make sure you have the latest information on trail conditions before setting off, hire a knowledgeable guide or go with professional agency.

Day 3: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul (1,070m/3,510 ft) by Jeep 1.5 hrs then trek to New Bridge (1,340m/) 5 hours, Accommodation: Mountain Lodge, (B/L/D)
Day 4: Trek to Bamboo (2,310m/4,396ft) 5/6 hours, Accommodation: Mountain Lodge, (B/L/D)

WHAT TO EXPECT
This trek has an activity level of moderate, and is designed for hikers who are reasonably fit as we will be hiking from 4 to 10 hours per day with lot of descents/ascents on steep trail to maximum elevations of 4,130m. Guides will lead the team and porters transport our gear.
We stay 2 nights in a comfortable, modern hotel in Kathmandu, 2 nights in lakeside hotel in Pokhara. On our trek, we spend 6 nights in simple, rustic mountain lodges with basic, shared facilities.
