Mardi Himal trek located to the east of the most popular Annapurna Base Camp Trek, with quite trail waving through small winding paths, rhododendron forests out in the mountain landscape with fascinating mountain views of Annapurna range. This trek is a hidden gem of the region where you can experience real wild-life and real trekking-life, you will find yourself sharing the trail with just few other trekkers on the way to Madi Himal Base Camp with impressive view of Mt. Machhapuchare.
Scenic Pokhara is the usual starting point can be reach from Pokhara by plane/tourist bus/private vehicle, our default itinerary is designed with tourist bus option. After 1 hours drive from Pokhara take us to Kande where the trek begin toward Australian Camp, situated at top of the hill with incredible view of the Annapurna mountain range over the valley. From here the trail getting more and more quite take us through several villages with chance to spot wild life and flowers on the way, within two days we reach High Camp, here the virgin mountain of Machhapuchhare is so close as she can enter your dreams. Day later get up early for morning hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp with impressive Machhapuchare mountains are with you every steps of the way. Reaching the base camp, you get lost in the laps of the Himalaya mountains Annapurna south (7,219 m/23,684ft), Mardi Himal (5,586m/18,330ft), Hiunchuli (6,441 m/21,131ft) and Machapuchare (6,993m/22,943ft). Descent back to High Camp then Low Camp then take difference route toward Shiding where the trek ends. Next day drive to Pokhara and relax yourself with tasty food with a cold beer in lake side to end the journey.
Trip Note: Trekkers has more time can extend a visit to Ghorepani Poon Hill for a beautiful panorama view of the Annapurna range or take some relax day in lakeside Pokhara

Day 1&2 Kathmandu
Day 3: Drive to Pokhara
Day 4: Drive to Kande (1,770m/5,807ft), 1 hour - trek to Australian Camp (2,165 m/7,103ft) 3 hours
Day 5: Trek to Forest Camp (2,550 m/8,366ft), 4-5 hours
Day 6: Trek to Low Camp (2,990 m/9,809ft) then continue to High Camp (3,580 m/11,745ft), 6-7 hours
Day 7: Day hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4,500 m/14,763ft) and return to High Camp, 6-7 hours
Day 8: Trek to Sidhing (1,850 m/6,069ft), 6 hours
Day 9: Drive to Pokhara 3 hours, enjoy free time in Pokhara
Day 10: Bus from Pokhara – Kathmandu
Day 11: Kathmandu
On trekking we will be hiking 3–7 hours per day and some day ascents/descents on steep mountainous terrain at elevations ranging from 1,770m/5,807ft to a maximum of 4,500 m/14,763ft.

Spring and Autumn
Spring time (Mar-May) Rhododendron blooming in many places give this trip an extra appeal. Autumn (Sep-Dec) sky are generally clear with outstanding views.
Flowers and plants are at their growing peak during monsoon (Jun-Aug). In winter time (Dec-Feb) it is cold but the view is excellent.
International airfare to/from Kathmandu are not included in the adventure cost.
We will stay 4 nights in comfortable hotels and 5 nights in mountain lodges with basic facilities.
